Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be sent by mail. Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
- A prepaid return label will be provided free of charge
- The return label can be downloaded and printed
