Return Method

Returns must be sent by mail. Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided free of charge
  • The return label can be downloaded and printed
  • Items must be packaged securely before shipment

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping within the United States
  • No restocking fees apply

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Returned products that do not meet the stated return conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
